LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SOFTWARE 

 IMPORTANT--READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement is a legal agreement between 
 the Licensee and Precision OCX for the software product, hereby identified
 as "SOFTWARE PRODUCT", which includes computer software and may include 
 associated media, printed materials, registration codes, and "online" or 
 electronic documentation.

 By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to 
 be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of 
 this agreement, do not install, copy, redistribute, or use, in any sense, the 
 SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 



 SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

 The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright 
 treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 

 The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

 You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on all copies of the 
 SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 

 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, 
 except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by 
 applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.



 CONFIDENTIALITY

 The Licensee is provided with an unique registration code that is needed to 
 unlock specific features. This code have to be kept strictly confidential: 
 transferring the registration code will be considered as illegally copying the 
 SOFTWARE PRODUCT. 

 You are not allowed to use such a code in a way that makes this code visible to
 anyone which is not entitled to use it. This limitation includes, but is not 
 limited to, the following cases: you cannot store the registration code in 
 user-readable storage, archive or file; you are not allowed to publish source 
 code listings or portion of them in which this registration code appears in a 
 human-readable form, you are not allowed to embed the registration code in a 
 compiled object whose license does not contain a limitation on reverse 
 engineering to the maximum extent permitted by law.


 
 USABILITY

 This license is released on a per-developer basis: this license entitles the 
 Licensee, as an individual or a company, to entrust one single physical person 
 ("DEVELOPER") with the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the development of 
 an unlimited number of applications which make use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on 
 behalf of the Licensee only, provided that (1) the copyright of the piece of 
 software or project which makes use or includes the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is owned 
 by the same person or company who has originally bought the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
 and (2) provided that all the other constraints and limitations specified by 
 this license and by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as 
 well as other intellectual property laws and treaties are respected.

 The Licensee is not allowed to have more than one individual using 
 the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the development of applications, unless the Licensee 
 has bought more than one license: in this case the Licensee is allowed to have 
 as many individuals use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the development of applications
 on behalf of the Licensee as many licenses the Licensee bought.

 The Licensee is allowed to distribute the applications developed by the DEVELOPER 
 on his behalf at the condition that users of those applications are NOT allowed to
 reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications in a way that could
 render the SOFTWARE PRODUCT usable independently from the rest of the application.

 

 COPYRIGHT

 All title, including but not limited to copyright, in and to the SOFTWARE 
 PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned by Daniele Paolo Scarpazza. All title 
 and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed 
 through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content 
 owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property 
 laws and treaties. This agreement grants you no rights to use such content. 
 All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us. 



 REDISTRIBUTABLE CODE

 Precision OCX grants the Licensee a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to 
 redistribute the the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as the following constraint is 
 met: you may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT component to design, build or 
 redistribute another COMPONENT that make use of it. 

 Such a COMPONENT is here defined as a piece of software not capable of running 
 on its own, but requiring a distinct executable piece of software that wraps 
 around it and provides it with the runtime facilities required to actually 
 execute on a computer. 

 Test and evaluation programs that may be provided as part of the SOFTWARE
 PRODUCT, can be used at the Licensee convenience, provided that they are not
 sold or commercialized in any other way and in any possible sense.



 NO WARRANTIES

 We expressly disclaim any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. THE SOFTWARE 
 PRODUCT AND ANY RELATED DOCUMENTATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR 
 CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
 THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
 PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR 
 PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT REMAINS WITH YOU.



 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. 

 In no event shall our company or its suppliers be liable for any damages 
 whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, 
 business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary 
 loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even 
 if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states 
 and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for 
 consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
